Fuzine (region Gorski Kotar, Croatia) is Municipality in Croatian region Gorski Kotar. Fuzine is located 730 m high above the sea. It is connected with other parts of Croatia with railroad and highway Zagreb-Rijeka. Municipality Fuzine has around 1900 inhabitants and settlement Fuzine around 820 inhabitants. Municipality Fuzine is consisted of 9 settlements: Belo Selo, Lic, Banovina, Benkovac Fuzinski, Piroviste, Slavica, Potkobiljak, Vrata and Fuzine.

Climate in Fuzine is continental Mediterranean with long and cold winters and beautiful springs and summers. Average year temperature is around 8 °C. Fuzine is rich with vegetation, clear air and it has beautiful lakes: Bajer, Lepenica and Potkos.
Fuzine was developed in 17th century. Inhabitants have been directed to tourism since 1874. Fuzine is also center of wood industry.
Three lakes Bajer, Lepenica and Potkos are very beautiful natural attraction, rich with fish and surrounded with hills and pine woods. Lake Bajer is a pond.

In the fifties of 20th century cave Vrelo was found and today it is one of the most important natural monuments in Fuzine. Cave Vrelo is 300 m long. It is arranged for visitors.
Fuzine is ideal for fun, sports and recreation. There are 9 marked foot paths and bicycle lanes. You can also try sports like tennis and hiking. Fuzine has a bank, post office, ambulance, gas station, tourist office and railroad station.

Known person from Fuzine is Franjo Racki, Croatian politician and historiographer. He was one of the establishers of JAZU or today HAZU (Croatian Academy of Science and Art).
