NOTES: To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% in advance. Large apartment, on its own floor, parking in yard, grill in garden. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Tourist tax is not included into the price and it is 7 HRK (around 1 EUR) per adult per day. Children till 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Apartment 1 is located on 2. floor and it is only unit on that floor. Access with exterior stairs. Owner does not use those stairs. Apartment has 2 bedrooms. In one bedroom are 3 beds and in other bedroom are 2 beds. Beds are separated, but one next to each other. Each room has exit on beautiful terrace with view on the port and islands in front of the port. Apartment has large living room around 35 m2 with kitchen and two couches which can be used as extra beds, especially for children. Bathroom with shower. Suitable for 5-6 persons, that is larger family or two smaller close families. Living room has air conditioner which is extra charged 5 EUR per day, but air conditioner is not necessary because apartment is limpid and not hot. Kitchen is completely equipped, it has fridge and all accessories. All bed-linen included into the price. Apartment 2 is on the 1. floor. It is smaller apartment and entrance is on the same stairs as for apartment 1. It has double bed + one separated bed. Apartment 2 has large bedroom, kitchen and dining room, sanitary facilities, hallway and two balconies. Everything is totally equipped. Suitable for 3 persons but there can be arranged few extra beds. Suitable for family. Parking in yard. In garden you can use grill. Near is store, ambulance and church, distance to the beach is around 700-800 m, as well as to the center/port. Nearby are three National parks, most known NP Kornati.
