NOTES: To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 30% in advance. Price does not include tourist tax which is 7 HRK per person/per day. Extra bed in apartment 2 is additional 5 EUR. Apartments are for rent from 01.05.-01.11. For staying less than 7 days price is higher, for staying less than 4 days price is 30% higher, for 5 days 15% and for 6 days 10% higher. Apartments TOMI are located on Trogir`s part of island Ciovo. Trogir, old historical town over 2000 years old, is located only 1500 m from our house, 10-15 minutes of walk. Around 50 m far from the house id sand beach. Sand beaches are continuing in lenght of 2-3 km. The beach has shade for the ones who don`t like to be constantly exposed to the sun. Next to our house is food store. Town Split is only 25 km far. In our house we offer 4 types of apartments: Apartment 1 (2+2) has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, tv-sat, bedroom with terrace, living room with terrace with sitting sets (couch 160x200) and armchair (200x90) used as extra beds. In living room is large kitchen with fridge and stove. Air conditioner is extra. Apartment 2 (2+0) has bed for 2 persons, mini kitchen, bathroom, tv-sat, air conditioner. Apartment 3 (2+1) has bed for 2 persons + extra bed for child, mini kitchen, terrace, bathroom, tv-sat. Apartment 4 (Room) (2+0) is a room with bed for 2 persons, bathroom, fridge, tv-sat, balcony. In front of our house we have parking for our guests. In yard is a grill that you can use. We transport from airport guests who are staying 7 and more days.
