House is located in Krasno, picturesque place 800 m high in Park of Nature Velebit. Apartments and rooms are located on the 1th floor of the house Museum of Forestry, first in Croatia. In museum is exhibition of old tools, transportation vehicles used in forestry during the history also as the trophies of wild games in this area. Cosy and mild climate offers pleasant staying during the whole year. In summer time you can go hiking, walking, biking or swimming in nearby places at coast. In winter time you can go skiing, sledging... Krasno is located only 22 km far from the coast and 31 km far from Senj, old historical town known for Uskoci, tower Nehaj and wind bora. We recomend to visit National Park North Velebit, Velebit`s botanical garden, National Park Paklenica (143 km), Zavratnica (52 km), National Park Plitvice Lakes (81 km), Sanctuary of the Lady Krasnarska, Shelter for young bears Kuterevo (13 km), Senj (31 km).
