NOTES: Apartments are located in Korcula in ACI-marina, 10minutes walking from the center next to the coast. Old stone 2-floors house, renovated in 2006. by the project of Arsen Pletenac (art-designer). Materials and equipment used are natural: wood, stone, cotton, flax. Apartment 1 – cca 40 m2, towards the marina (east), sea view. One room with double bed, one room with 2 beds, bathroom with a tub, stone balconies, air conditioned. Possibility of extra bed. Apartment 2 – cca 48 m2, towards marina (east). One room with double bed, one room with 2 beds, bathroom with a tub, terrace of 16 m2, air conditioned. Possibility of extra bed. Included in the price: breakfast, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and taxes. Guests have 10% discount on lunch and dinner in our restaurant (ground floor). Parking is free (one apartments – one vehicle). To confirm reservation you have to pay 30% deposit, and the rest of the amount at arrival. In case of canceling reservation less than 10 days before arrival, we keep the deposit. Extra bed is 20% extra. Welcome! |
